Premium Move Management

The Challenge

A young family of four with baby number three on the way had outgrown their much-loved flat. Toys, clothes and furniture were filling every corner and space was at a premium.

Preparing the property for sale while managing two small children and a pregnancy felt overwhelming. The idea of decluttering, staging and coordinating a full move was simply too much to handle alone.

They needed support preparing the flat for market and managing the entire move from start to finish.

Our Role

We were initially brought in to prepare the property for sale. The brief quickly evolved into full move management, covering every stage from market preparation to being fully unpacked in their new home.

The scope included:

  • Preparing the property for a strong launch
  • Decluttering and staging to maximise space and appeal
  • Supporting the family through the sale process
  • Managing packing, removals, cleaning and unpacking while they were away
  • Delivering a stress free transition

Our Approach:From Market Ready to Fully Moved In

Preparing the Flat for Sale

We began by carefully decluttering the flat, packing away excess toys, clothing and bulky items into temporary storage. This freed up space and allowed the home to feel light and spacious again.

We then coordinated:

  • Minor repairs including fixing a broken window
  • A professional deep clean
  • Staging using a blend of the family’s own pieces and our curated accessories
  • Fresh flowers and final touches in time for the estate agent photographer

Managing the Full Move

Once the property was sold, the family booked our full move management service and went on holiday while we handled everything.

During that time we:

  • Packed every item with care
  • Managed the removals team
  • Organised cleaning for both the flat and the new property
  • Fully unpacked over two days
  • Integrated the contents of their storage unit
  • Organised toys, kitchenware, clothing and furniture so everything had a clear home

Every detail was handled behind the scenes so there was nothing left for the family to manage on their return.
